Lately, I have been seeing so many recipes on Facebook or Websites. Today I made the Lemon Cookies shown on www.countrythreads.com under their recipe tab.
Here's the prep. I used my Pampered Chef cookie/melon scoop to make uniform cookie balls to roll in the powdered sugar. I cooked them on parchment paper for about 10 minutes at 375.
They are disappearing off the cooling spot as fast as they cool. So refreshing.
